These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) are effective by and between:
TerraMes® and the individual end user (You) or entity (“Users”) procuring services under the Terms of this Agreement. 

Please read this agreement carefully.
 

By using the TerraMes® digital designs/all graphic elements such as stickers/files/documents/e-books/trackers/journals and planners, or any other digital product (herein referred to as the “Digital Product”) — or by downloading or printing the “Digital Product” that you have purchased or received as a free gift from TerraMes® — you agree to the terms of this agreement.

This agreement is valid for all employees or members of one (1) company, organization, business concern, or household
(herein to be referred to as “Company”). 

This agreement covers the licensee Company for its lifetime, and all “Digital Products” covered under this agreement may be downloaded or printed at any time.
 

Use Allowances and Restrictions as follows:

Covered:
– Creating an unlimited number of “Digital Products/designs”, printing the “Digital Products/designs” on finished physical end products for personal use only (including but not limited to: Invitations and paper products, journals and planners, tumblers, clothing, drink-ware, household towels and linens, posters, prints, and jewelry).

Not covered:
– Sending a printed or digital file of as-is or nearly as-is graphics or designs, illustrations, “Digital Products” or other design/file elements from TerraMes®, including the designs that were created or edited by the user (You) to a third party,  manufacturer, maker, print-on-demand company, or any other party, so that the outside party can make physical end products for themselves is strictly prohibited!.

– Selling a printed or digital file as-is or nearly as-is graphics or designs, illustrations, or other design elements from TerraMes®, including the designs that the user created or edited (You) to a third party, manufacturer, maker, print-on-demand company, or any other party, is strictly prohibited!.
 

Giving away any TerraMes® digital files — including all current and future graphics, templates, illustrations, stickers, PDFs, planners, journals, or design elements — in their original or edited form is strictly prohibited.
This includes giving files to any third party such as a manufacturer, print shop, print-on-demand service, or any other person for their own use.
 

You may give a finished, printed version of your completed product/project as a personal gift,
but the digital files themselves may NOT be shared, gifted, copied, or distributed in any way.

 

Allowing third-party access to the TerraMes® “Digital Products” is strictly prohibited!
 

Trade names – TerraMes® logo and sub-logos, marks, trade names, and trademarks, or any other trademark or trade name that may appear on the TerraMes® site are the property of TerraMes® / Michal Bar.
 

Indemnification –
The “Users” undertake to indemnify and compensate TerraMes® / Michal Bar and anyone on their behalf for any claim and/or expense and damages of any kind including legal expenses, which will be incurred by the
“Users” to TerraMes® / Michal Bar or anyone on their behalf for any action or omission caused by the “Users”.
 

In the event of the “Users” breach any of these “Terms of Use”, TerraMes® / Michal Bar
shall have the right to terminate the User’s access to the digital designs without further notice,
in addition to all rights at law and/or equity, and shall be under no obligation to permit further use of the digital designs.
